Frank Mastrolonardo, President and CEO of Only Hope Prison Ministries, is an advocate for individuals who have chains on their souls and are lost in a hopeless world without Jesus Christ.
Frank has worked as a business executive for 27 years while also serving as a volunteer for the LA County Sheriff’s office for 32 years. He left the business world in 2006 and joined Cornerstone Community Church in Simi Valley as the Global Ministries and Outreach Pastor and also served as Vice President of Ministries for the Rescue Mission Alliance. Frank entered back into the business sector in 2010 and since 1999 he is also serving as the Senior Chaplain for Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department maximum security facility, North County Correctional Facility. Frank also serves on the L.A.S.D. Clergy Advisory Board and Liaison for the five north county jails which includes the Pitchess Detention Center and Mira Loma. Frank is married to his lovely wife, Susan, and together they are the parents of 5 children ranging in age from 18 to 30. Frank and Susan's home church is Grace Community Church in Sun Valley, CA.
Immanuel received his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Stanford University in 1990, and his Masters in Education from UCLA in 1992. He has been a computer programmer and IT professional since 1990, and taught high school math and computer programming from 1993 to 1998.
Immanuel currently serves as a Chaplain at the North County Correctional Facility since 2004, and enjoys worshipping and exploring truth in God's word with the men behind bars. For the past several years he and his wife Evalerie have hosted Bible studies in their home, and met with couples for pre-marital and marital counseling. Immanuel and Evalerie have been married 20 years, and have four children ages 12 through 18.
Rev. Rich Hines received his Master of Ministry from Talbot Theological Seminary, and spent 21 years as a Chaplain in Los Angeles County jails. He also served on the pastoral staff of Grace Community Church in Sun Valley, CA, for 17 years.
He has been involved in church planting, radio Bible teaching, overseeing missionaries, and was formerly with Aurora Ministries, as the Director of a nationwide ministry to chaplains. He is also the Director of the Chaplains Training Academy, which has campuses in California, Washington, New York, Florida and possibly a future one in Illinois. This Academy graduates students with a credential stating they are fit for biblical correctional chaplaincy.
He has prepared a Jail Ministry Training Manual which you can download from our Training page, and delivers a monthly message to correctional chaplains and gospel volunteers, with over 140 messages archived, which are available for download from this website here.
Dennis Clark has been a follower of Christ for 52 years. He completed 13 years of Biblical and Greek studies at the Harvester Institute. He has been married for 41 years, and has two children and two grandsons.
Dennis serves as the Senior Chaplain at the East Facility for the Los Angeles Sheriffs Department. For 12 years he has also ministered to the inmates of other facilities. He is involved in the recovery ministry of the Ventura County Rescue Mission. He serves on the board of the Harvester Mission, and on the advisory board of the San Fernando Valley Rescue Mission.
Joe has been a follower of Christ for 37 years, and has been discipling men for 32 years. He has served in a mens drug rehabilitation program for 17 years, and for the past 8 years has been a Chaplain for the Los Angeles Sheriff's department, Pitchess Detention Center.
